Convocatoria para el Congreso Anual de la ISLHHS

Se celebra este año de nuevo, por novena vez, el Congreso Anual de la Sociedad Internacional para el Estudio del Humor lusohispánico. En realidad suena mejor si se deja en su idioma original: IX Annual Conference of the International Society for Luso-Hispanic Humor Studies
Está coorganizado el congreso por el Instituto Pilares de Esperanza y se celebrará del 29 septiembre al 1 de octubre en Jaco, Costa Rica.
Se solicitan ponentes sobre el tema: "Luso-Hispanic Humor in the Twenty-first Century", para lo cual deberán enviar sus propuestas, abstracts y ponencias antes del día 18-IV-2005. Como todo ha de ir en inglés, paso en inglés el comunicado para los interesados, que lo sabrán entender:

"The International Society for Luso-Hispanic Humor Studies announces the cali for papers, :.panels and sessions on any aspect of Hispanic and Luso-Brazilian humor Papers on any field of Luso-Hispanic humor are welcome. The range of topics is open to all historical periods and nationalities, papers are to be presented with a minimum of jargon and in. language accessible to the non specialist. Presentations may be in Spanish, Portuguese or English. Reading time will be limited to twentv minutes. Presenters must be members of the International Society for Luso-Hispanic Humor Studies.
