Under the patronage of Ministry of Health of the Republic of Bulgaria
REGULATIONS:
1. You are kindly requested to send the best of your artworks on the following subject:
FROM THE PEACE PIPE TO THE CIGARETTE CASE
- HELP for life without smoking
- Balance between the interests of smokers and non-smokers, between health and business
- Smoking is leading risk factor among those that harm human health
- Young people smoke more and more a rather alarming tendency
- Various measures for protection of non-smokers rights
2. Deadline: May 31, 2005,; the address for submission is:
1000 Sofia, P. O. Box 284, Bulgaria
3. Obligatory format: A4 (21 x 29,7 cm)
4. IT IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY THAT ONE OF THE WORKS SHOULD BE DRAWN ON THE ENVELOPE WHICH SHOULD OBTAIN ALL POSTAL ATTRIBUTES (i.e. stamps and postmarks) OF THE AUTHORS COUNTRY. ALL THE OTHER ENTRIES SHOULD BE PUT IN THE SAME ENVELOPE.
5. The authors full name, correct address, phone number and e-mail, as well as the section that the work is submitted to, should be indicated on the backside both of the envelope and the artworks.
6. Only originals are accepted; the technique is free.
7. The number of the submitted works and envelopes is unlimited.
8. Both the copyrights and the originals of the entries sent to the festival become property of the organizer.
9. Each selected participant will receive a copy of the festivals catalogue.
10. PRIZES:
Grand prix: 1000 EU
Second prize: 700 EU
Third prize: 500 EU
Six awards of excellence: certificates and souvenirs
