Cartoonists en Serbia-Montenegro

En Serbia-Montenegro se ha sobrevivido al destrozo de vidas y felicidades, en parte, con el humor. Grandes son los humoristas gráficos de allí. Nos llega información sobre el Salón Internacional de Caricatura de ZEMUN, el cual ha tirado la casa por la ventana este año, pues pretende invitar a 120 de los mejor "cartoonists" del mundo. Los que se crean dotados, pueden probar suerte, teniendo en cuenta que las condiciones son (en inglés, desempolvad el Collins):
"THEME: Free
NUMBER OF ENTRIES: Maximum 3
FORMAT: minimum size A4 (30x21 cm), maximum size A3 (42x30 cm)Choice of technique and medium is open, but all drawings must beoriginal. Digital artwork prints are accepted. Photocopies are notaccepted. Drawings should be self-explanatory, without titles orsubtitles. Works previously submitted to other exhibitions or published innewspapers or books are excluded. Plagiarized cartoons will beexcluded from the competition. Cartoons which do not satisfy the abovequalifications will not be accepted.All of the drawings received the Secretary's office of the Salon becomethe property of the Salon and remain in the possession of the organizerand will be registered and included in the collection of the CaricatureMuseum of Zemun. The drawings will be returned on request.

SERBIA AND MONTENEGROPRIZES/AWARDS: The authors of 7 (seven) best works on the oppinion of theInternational Jury will be the guests for five days in Zemun during theopening of the exhibition, in the begining of June 2005. They willparticipate on the International Workshop - First Zemun Cartoon Colony,and among them will be choose the winners of first three prizes. They willhave their travel-air or surface as appropriate - and five-days' fullaccommodation in Zemun paid by the Salon. The best three will also getawards, and the other four will get special prizes."
